Elevators

Our company proposes the respective hydraulic or electromechanical lift (with or without engine room) depending on the use, movement and specificity of each building. The corresponding hydraulic or electromechanical lift can be atoms or loads.

When constructing a modern apartment building or detached house, the elevator is an integral part of it for practical reasons. We know the importance of aesthetics for every home, by implementing unique designs tailored to your requirements. Similarly, business lifts are "tools" for building users.

The freight elevator has all the safety systems required by the regulations to accommodate persons and is usually fitted to any industrial application, as it is always a freight carrier.

Between the two types of lifts it is worth noting that the hydraulic lift movement is driven by the piston and power unit, which consists of the electric motor, the oil pump and the valve block, and provides automatic disengagement in the event of a power failure.

Usually, they are selected for installation in detached houses or apartment blocks. In the case of a professional building, the electromechanical lift is considered suitable because of its high passenger traffic, speed and energy savings.

A key component of a mechanical lift is the machine on which the friction pulley is mounted, which moves the chamber with the help of counterbalancing the load.

New era in electromechanical lifts for driving motors has brought the new inverter technology (vvvf - variable voltage variable frequency), as it improves their operation by smoothing the acceleration - deceleration with multiple features such as adjustment and low power consumption.

Finally, our company has installed in hotels and apartment buildings the eco-hydraulic inverter with inverter system, which in the cathode generates power (becomes generator), has very low power consumption and works perfectly.

Disabled (Lifting) Systems

When it is not possible to install an elevator, both in a private residence where a person with mobility difficulties resides, as well as in public buildings and workplaces (department stores, hotels, hospitals, etc.), autonomy for travel is assumed.

Usually, load lifts are placed in catering, entertainment, hotels, electric powered and operated by floor push (call - send - stop).

The chamber with the doors used for their construction is stainless steel (INOX) for sanitary purposes.

Escalators Corridors

The supply and installation of escalators and corridors ensure that the public is served in shops, super markets and other public spaces with a continuous flow.

Escalators serve the continuous movement of persons, while escalators transport passengers by stroller or other objects, materials and food. Two escalators are installed per floor, one ascending and one descending, for a given altitude difference.
